The Prairie Centre for Christian Education:
The Prairie Centre for Christian Education (PCCE) opened its doors in August of 2011. Formerly known as the Prairie Association of Christian Schools (PACS), PCCE is a community of 17 Christian school communities in Alberta and Manitoba. PCCE represents approximately 6460 students from K-12, 350 teachers and 40 administrators. PCCE is the joining together of Christian School Societies (PACS), teachers (Christian Educators Association), and administrators (Prairie Christian Principals Association).HISTORY:
On September 13, 2008 a mandate was given to a task force to explore a restructuring of the way the Christian Educators Association, Christian Principals Association and the Prairie Association of Christian Schools function individually and collectively in our region and how these organizations partner with The King's University College. By January 2011, all the stakeholder groups had approved the establishment of The Prairie Centre for Christian Education.History of the PCCE - Part 1
